25 Years of Ed Tech: The Serialized Audio Version

[book cover] 25 Years of EdTech Book

We are so excited to announced that the serialized audio version of Martin Weller’s 25 Years of Ed Tech launches today! This audio version is a collaborative project read by a global community of volunteers. Every Monday, a new chapter will be released and up first is Martin Weller himself reading the acknowledgements and introduction. Subscribe and listen at 25years.opened.ca. You can follow along in the open access versions of the book on the AU Press website.

But wait, there’s more! An accompanying podcast called “Between the Chapters” hosted by Laura Pasquini will release an episode each Thursday with special guests discussing that week’s chapter. This week, there are a few bonus episodes to celebrate the launch that you won’t want to miss!

Read more about the project over on Martin’s blog, The Ed Techie, and Clint Lalonde’s blog, Ed Tech Factotum.

This project was conceived of, organized, and produced by Clint Lalonde, associate faculty member at Royal Roads University in the School of Education and Technology and project manager in Open Education at BCCampus, and Laura Pasquini, senior instructional designer and program manager at Amazon and consultant at TechKNOWTools. We are grateful for their creativity, tech skills, and enthusiasm for 25 Years of Ed Tech.

Follow the project on Twitter at @YearsEd or with #25YearsOfEdTech.
